Description
CJC-1295 without Drug Affinity Complex (also known as Modified GRF 1-29) is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) consisting of 29 amino acids. It features four amino acid substitutions (Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) that enhance its resistance to enzymatic degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV), extending its biological half-life compared to native GHRH.
