All vials are sealed in tamper-evident packaging and cushioned to prevent damage during shipping.
Returns Policy
14-Day Returns
You may return sealed, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at info@elv8wellness.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and contamination reasons, research compounds that have been opened or had their seals broken cannot be returned or refunded. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of all researchers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
International Shipping
