Description
Kisspeptin-10 is a 10-amino-acid C-terminal fragment of the parent kisspeptin peptide, the endogenous ligand for the GPR54 (KISS1R) receptor. It retains the full biological activity of the longer native peptide and is one of the most studied fragments in reproductive neuroendocrinology.

Published preclinical literature has investigated Kisspeptin-10's activation of the GPR54/KISS1R receptor and its upstream role in the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, including gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) signalling in laboratory models.
